Is translation provided?

The language of the event is German, English translation will be provided. A smartphone with headphones is required to use the translation service; a power bank is recommended.

Are there discounted tickets?

Discounted tickets are available for unemployed people, students and pupils.

Which are the catering and accomodation options?

Food and drinks can be purchased in the hall. A cooked lunch will also be served on Saturday. Accommodation is available in Esslingen and the surrounding area.

Accommodation and catering are not included in the ticket price.

Is there a box office and day tickets?

Unfortunately, we can't offer day tickets in presale because we have limited space in the hall. If you only have time on one of the days, we recommend you to buy a regular ticket to secure your place. Of course, there is a possibility that we will open an evening or day box office for the individual days on site, but we can only give information on availability and prices of the tickets at short notice. There will be an opportunity for moms and their babies to sit in the lounge and watch a broadcast of the sessions. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the hall.

This year, together with Samaritan’s Purse e. V., we are celebrating “30 years of Operation Christmas Child” in German-speaking countries - and 30 years of God’s faithfulness. For three decades, children around the world have experienced how God brings hope and touches their lives through lovingly packed shoeboxes.

Under the motto “It’s all about Jesus,” children facing difficult circumstances receive carefully selected gifts and hear about Jesus and his love. Known worldwide as “Operation Christmas Child,” the campaign has already reached more than 244 million children in over 150 countries.

How can you participate?

You have two options. Bring a lovely selection of new gifts and a decorated shoebox to the stand. Following the motto “Full, wonderful, personal!” Or bring just the contents and pack a shoebox right there! Hear moving stories from children who received a shoebox and whose lives were changed by it. Discover what inspires our more than 7,000 volunteers and perhaps find your calling. Even small, new gifts can bring great joy. Popular items include school supplies, hygiene products, stuffed animals, toys, accessories, and practical everyday items.

Travel from Switzerland

Participants from Switzerland can take a bus shuttle to the Ladies Conference. Thanks to the support of Celebrate Life International, the first 45 seats are free. From seat 46 onward, the fare is CHF 75 per person. The bus returns to Switzerland after the conference. Hotel accommodation is not included and must be booked separately.
