Margitta Seibold

Margitta's desire is to encourage women leaders through coaching to hold on to their calling during crises and conflicts. She wants to support women in thinking outside the box and finding their own solutions so they can move forward with focus.

Trusting in God, she moved to Mongolia with her family in 1996, where she lived, studied, and worked for 14 years. Together with her husband, she led an international team in Ulaanbaatar for several years.

Originally from Gelsenkirchen, she is part of the “Gemeinsam für Stuttgart” network.

Margitta volunteers with the international organization “Weltweiter Einsatz für Christus” (WEC).

She is currently completing xpand's training to become a persolog trainer, which she expects to finish in mid-October 2026, enabling her to support job seekers as an AVGS coach.
