Guest Lounge

The Guest Lounge is a special gathering place for female pastors, leaders of women’s ministries, authors, and multipliers from all churches and congregations. Here, valuable encounters, inspiring conversations, and new connections take place. Together, we want to create a space for exchange, encouragement, and mutual support. In addition, the Guest Lounge offers a unique opportunity to engage in personal conversation with our guest speakers, ask questions, and gain valuable insights from their wealth of experience.

What to expect

• Conference ticket: 1 complimentary ticket for the entire Ladies Conference.
• Catering: 1 complimentary lunch in our Guest Lounge.
• Community: Valuable time for exchange and networking in the region.
• Book table: If you are an author, we will be happy to check after your registration whether we can include your books in our official conference bookstore.
• Gift: The new book "Zwischen Herz und Himmel" (Between Heart and Heaven) by Karin Schmid and Ellen Nieswiodek-Martin.

How it works

After your registration is confirmed, a ticket will be reserved for you at the entrance. The Guest Lounge opens on Saturday (October 17, 2026) during the lunch break. We will gather in the restaurant of the Leonardo Hotel, which is directly adjacent to the event hall.

Connection, Networking and Encouragement

The Guest Lounge is an exclusive meeting place for women who carry responsibility and accompany other women. Invited are leaders of women's ministries, pastors, authors, speakers, and multipliers – regardless of denomination or church background.

We believe that God calls women to strengthen, accompany, and guide other women into their destiny. That is why we want to create a space during the Ladies Conference where leaders can connect with one another, share experiences, and gain new inspiration.

The Guest Lounge offers opportunities for personal encounters, valuable connections, and encouraging exchange with women who share similar challenges and passions. New friendships, networks, and shared visions for the Kingdom of God are born here.
